The Sirius Opportunity Fund is a fixed income open-ended Mutual Fund. Additional units will be created and redeemed after the offer period on an ongoing basis at a unit price determined in accordance with the SEC's approved basis for value/price computation. The Fund is authorized and registered in Ghana as a Mutual fund Scheme as defined under Unit Trust and Mutual Fund Regulation L.I. 1695. The primary objective of the fund is to achieve short and long term aggressive capital appreciation by investing in high yielding fixed income securities; high yielding short term lending, corporate bonds, preference shares, Bank fixed deposits, government of Ghana Treasury bills, notes, bonds and other fixed income securities.
