The Fund shall invest a minimum of 30% of its total assets in equity and equitylinked securities of public companies traded on the Ghana Stock Exchange and other regulated stock exchanges in emerging markets if the Directors and the Custodian deem it right and in the interest of the Fund and with the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission. However, the investment shall not exceed 10% of the Net Assets in a single company at the time that such investment is made. The Fund shall also invest a minimum of 30% of its total assets in money market instruments and shall keep a minimum of 5% of its Fund value in cash or such other liquid security, as the Manager shall determine.
