The ARM Money Market Fund is an open ended fund authorised and registered in Nigeria as a Unit Trust Scheme under Section 160 of the Investment and Securities Act 2007. The primary objective of the Fund is to provide a steady stream of income to investors by investing in high quality, short term money market instruments and government securities. The Fund seeks to provide capital preservation, income and liquidity to risk averse investors. The Fund Manager seeks to attain these objectives within an acceptable level of investment risk.
The ARM Money Market Fund is a low risk Fund is suitable for Investors who have cash in their current and savings account and wish to earn a higher return without paying withholding tax. The Fund will invest between 25% – 95% of its total assets in short term government securities such as Treasury Bills, and 5% – 75% in other approved money market instruments such as Bankers' Acceptances, certificates of deposits, commercial papers, collaterised repurchase agreements etc.
