The official listing ceremony for the Quantum Terminals bond that was initially scheduled for tomorrow April 10, 2018 has been rescheduled to a date that would be announced later.

According the release" African Alliance Securities Ghana Limited, the sponsors of Quantum Terminals Plc's GH¢140 million Medium Term Note Programme, announces for the information of the general investing public that, the formal listing ceremony to commemorate the listing of QTL 001 on the Ghana Fixed Income Market has been rescheduled. A new date for the ceremony will be announced later."

In addition, Sam-Woode has rescheduled the Company's Emergency General Meeting to Friday, May 4, 2018 at the GNAT Hall, Accra at 10:00am. The emergency meeting was initially scheduled for May 03, 2018. However, the two releases by the company have failed disclose the agenda for the emergency meeting.
