Mrs. Villars is the Board Chairman and Founder of Camelot Ghana Limited. Through her sound vision and exemplary leadership, Camelot won several laurels under her leadership and featured thrice under Ghana Club 100 companies. In her capacity as an outstanding woman entrepreneur in Africa, Mrs. Villars has won several recognitions in Ghana and beyond for her entrepreneurship, contribution to social development, and public service. Various international platforms have seen her addressing various prominent fora, including her participation as a panelist at the Harvard Business School Africa Business Club Conference in 2006. Having been a major actor in Ghanaian enterprise, she was given a state award – Order of the Volta, Companion Division - in 2007. She is the past president of the Association of Ghana Industries as well as a past president of the Private Enterprise Foundation (now Private Enterprise Federation). She is currently the Chairman of the Steering Committee of Business Support Advocacy Challenge Fund (BUSAC). . Her keen interest in giving back to society earned her a much coveted ‘first’ as a Lady Rotarian in the Rotary Club of Accra. She is a member of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace (Vatican). She enjoys advisory work, reading, golf, and traveling.

John is the Chairman of the Symphony Group; an angel investment company based in Nigeria and Ghana. He is also a Director of EVC Africa; an investment facilitation and advisory group in South Africa, and a Director of SEM Capital; a Ghanaian asset management company. He's a serial entrepreneur, a keen badminton player, and is married with a son. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from the American International University in London (the Richmond University).

Professor Robert E. Hinson is an Associate Professor and immediate past Head of the Department of Marketing & Customer Management (M & CM) at the University of Ghana Business School; which position he held from August 2008-July 2012. Prof. Hinson, has recently been appointed Acting Head of Hall of the Hilla Limann Hall at the University of Ghana.Prof. Hinson holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom, a bachelor of science, MBA and Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Marketing; all from the University of Ghana.Prof. Hinson holds a visiting Professor position at the University of the Free State Business School where he lectures Service Marketing (MMB735) on the MBA Programme. He has also been visiting Scholar at the University of North Texas Business School. Professor Hinson started his professional career with Origin8 Saatchi & Saatchi and has since becoming an academic taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses spanning Marketing Management, Internet Business and Electronic Marketing, Research Design and Qualitative Techniques, Consumer Behaviour and Sales Strategy, Marketing of Services, International Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications and Marketing Research. Prof. Hinson has authored/co-authoredseveral peer-reviewed journal papers. Professor Hinson has been consultant to several service institutions in Ghana and sits on the board of Starlife Company Limited, Steering Committee of the BUSAC Fund and chairs the board of Telemedia Communications; a marketing communications firm in Ghana. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Foundation in Ghana. He is an Expert Advisory Board Member of the YouthSave Project managed by Save the Children and the New America Foundation based in the United States.

Dr. Henry Mensah-Brown is currently a lecturer and Head of the Department of Food Process Engineering in University of Ghana. He has an earned PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine in London and an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Applied Science & Technology of the University of Ghana. He was a Principal consultant for Deloitte & Touche (West Africa) Limited and Director, Corporate Finance & Equity Research of Gold Coast Securities Limited. He is a member of the Technical Committee (TC22) for Oil and Gas Standards in Ghana and a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE).

Ms. Caroline Andah has served as Non-Executive Director of Camelot Ghana Ltd since 2007. She is Principal Consultant and shareholder of Hadna Trust Limited, a financial advisory company. Prior to the establishment of her firm, she was General Manager of HFC Investment Services responsible for both real estate development and investment activities. She also worked at CDH, a non-bank financial institution, in various capacities, including Head of Brokerage, Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Asset Management. During her professional career, Ms. Andah was also appointed to the Boards of Keda Development Limited, Horizon Finance and Leasing Company and Cirrus Services Limited. Ms. Andah holds an MBA degree in Finance, and a BA degree in Economics and Statistics.

Felicity Acquah holds an Executive Master?s degree in Business Administra-tion; MBA (Finance), a BA in Economics and Law and a Postgraduate diploma in Project Appraisal and Management. She is also a -certified trainer in Entre-preneurship and a Certified Business Development Advisor. She is a Project Analyst and Development Banker by profession. With over 30 years of banking and business development experience, she has served in senior positions in the Agricultural Development Bank, National Investment Bank, Merchant Bank and Women's World Banking. She served as Managing Director of Eximguaranty Company (GH) Limited, a Finance House for ten years. She was also a pioneer in establishing an Entrepreneurship and Business Development Institution (Empretec Ghana Foundation) initially sponsored by UNCTC; UNDP; DFID, World Bank. She served with Empretec Ghana for eight years and assisted in installing Empretec programmes in Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Sierra Leone. She pioneered and led the implementation of the Relationship Management Workshop for Bankers between 1995 and 1997 for the benefit of the Agricul-tural Development Bank, Merchant Bank Ghana Limited and Barclays Bank. She won meritorious awards on the celebration of Empretec Ghana Founda-tion's 10th Anniversary. Ghana association of Women Entrepreneurs accorded her two awards for her contribution to business development in the country, having led the conduct of over 30 Entrepreneurship Workshops and over 40 Management Seminars for SMEs in Ashanti; Greater Accra; West-ern and Northern Regions. She won an African Leadership Award in 2005. She was adjudged the Marketing Woman of the year 2006 by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bank-ers.She was accorded the Ghana Women?s Excellence Award through the Minis-try of Women and Children's Affairs in April 2012. An International NGO, GWIN awarded her a medal and certificate at the innovative Women in Busi-ness; Workplace and Leadership Awards ceremony in April 2012. She had previously served on the Boards of: Food Research Insti-tute; Gold Coast Securities; Metropolitan and Allied Bank; National Board for Small Scale Industries; Women's World Banking; Empretec Ghana Foundation; Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund); Ghana Social Marketing Foundation (GSMF) the Chartered Institute of Bank-ers, the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI) the Guarantee Committee of the Guarantee Fund for West Africa (GARI) and Eximguaranty Company (GH) Limited. She is currently serv-ing on the Boards of the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT), Bayport Financial Services; Camelot Ghana Ltd; IFS (Institute of Fiscal Studies) and is the Vice Chairman of the Business Council of Africa (Ghana). She is a patron of FIDA (Ghana) and a patron of Empretec Women's Forum (Accra Chapter). She has two children.
