Simon Harvey joined the Board in September 2015 and was appointed Board Chairman of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) in May 2016. Prior to joining Diageo in September 2015 as Managing Director, Africa Regional Markets (ARM), Simon was the Operations Director, West Africa, and Managing Director of SABMiller Africa & Asia (Pty) Limited. His other directorships are in Seychelles Breweries Limited and the Meta Abo Brewery Share Company in Ethiopia.

Mr. Gavin Pike has been appointed as the new Managing Director effective August 1, 2017. Mr. Pike prior to his appointment was Diageo Plc’s Global Head of Mainstream Spirits. He has worked with Diageo since 2003 and held several senior positions including Marketing and Innovations Director for Guinness Nigeria Plc, Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker and Marketing and Innovations Directors for Brandhouse Beverages Limited. He holds BA in Human Movement Science and BA Honours in African History from the Rhodes University.

Ebenezer Magnus Boye is a former director of Ghana Breweries Limited. He is a retired Managing Director of Coopers and Lybrand ? Ghana (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana and The Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. He has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies including Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited, Unilever Ghana Limited and Ghana Ports and Habours Authority. He was appointed to serve on the GGBL Board in July 2004.

Stephen is currently the Finance Director of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited. Prior to his current role, he was the Group Financial Planning and Analysis Director for Diageo Budapest. Before then, Stephen spent three years as the Financial Controller for the Diageo Red Stripe business in Jamaica and also worked as the Commercial Finance Manager for Diageo International Beer Supply based in London.

She is responsible for Corporate Governance and Compliance within all the business units in her region. She’s leads over 1400 people in her current role. Hina holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Commerce Honors Degree from Delhi University and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Pusa Institute, Delhi, India.

He joins GGBL from Unilever where he was the Head of Corporate Affairs, a member of the Unilever Ghana Leadership Team and a member of Unilever Africa Region Sustainable Business and Communications Leadership Team. Prior to joining Unilever, Gabriel was the Group Corporate Affairs Manager for the Mohinani Group. Gabriel is an alumnus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and currently pursuing an MA in International Relations at Leicester University, United Kingdom.
