Simon Harvey

Chairman

Simon Harvey joined the Board in September 2015 and was appointed Board Chairman of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) in May 2016. Prior to joining Diageo in September 2015 as Managing Director, Africa Regional Markets (ARM), Simon was the Operations Director, West Africa, and Managing Director of SABMiller Africa & Asia (Pty) Limited. His other directorships are in Seychelles Breweries Limited and the Meta Abo Brewery Share Company in Ethiopia.

Ms. Hélène Elizabeth Antoinette

Managing Director effective September 07, 2020

Mr. Gavin Pike has been appointed as the new Managing Director effective August 1, 2017. Mr. Pike prior to his appointment was Diageo Plc’s Global Head of Mainstream Spirits. He has worked with Diageo since 2003 and held several senior positions including Marketing and Innovations Director for Guinness Nigeria Plc, Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker and Marketing and Innovations Directors for Brandhouse Beverages Limited. He holds BA in Human Movement Science and BA Honours in African History from the Rhodes University.

Ebenezer Magnus Boye

Non-Executive Director

Ebenezer Magnus Boye is a former director of Ghana Breweries Limited. He is a retired Managing Director of Coopers and Lybrand ? Ghana (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana and The Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. He has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies including Barclays Bank of Ghana Limited, Unilever Ghana Limited and Ghana Ports and Habours Authority. He was appointed to serve on the GGBL Board in July 2004.

Mr. Stephen Nirenstein

Finance Director

Stephen is currently the Finance Director of Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited. Prior to his current role, he was the Group Financial Planning and Analysis Director for Diageo Budapest. Before then, Stephen spent three years as the Financial Controller for the Diageo Red Stripe business in Jamaica and also worked as the Commercial Finance Manager for Diageo International Beer Supply based in London.

Mr. John Boadu

Non-Executive Director, effective August 1, 2017

Mr. Boadu is the CEO of Shokram Co. Ltd and Acting General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party. He has held several senior managerial positions including, General Manager, Faab Ltd and Financial Controller FM, Woodtech Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana.

Mark Sandys

Non-Executive Director

Mark Sandys has over 15 years of experience working in Diageo. He is currently the Guinness Global Brand Director. He has been with Diageo since 1999 and he has held positions of Category Director for Whisky & Reserve in Asia Pacific, Marketing & Innovation Director in Diageo Russia & Eastern Europe, Global Marketing Strategy & Innovation Director in respect of Baileys, Marketing Manager Gordon?s Gin and Guinness Brand Manager.

Mr. Leo Breen

Leo Breen has over 14 years working experience as Finance Director. He has managed finance operations for a Diageo business unit comprising 16 countries including companies in Greece and Italy. He was the Finance Director for Diageo China from 2006 to 2011. He is currently the Finance & Strategy Director for Diageo Africa Regional Markets and is based in London. He also serves on the board of Meta Abo Share Company in Ethiopia.

Mr. Kofi Sekyere

Kofi Sekyere is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TAH Capital (Pty) Limited, Johannesburg, South Africa responsible for developing and the implementation of the company?s growth marketing strategy for Sub-sahara Africa. He has 20 year?s experience in telecommunications and Finance sector. He also serves on a number of boards in Ghana, Southern Africa and the United States of America.

Mr. Felix Addo

Mr. Felix Addo serves on various Board and Committees. He is currently on the KOSMOS Advisory Council (member), the Ghana American Chamber of Commerce (Director), Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (President), and AIESEC Ghana (Chairman). He is also a member of the Committee of Experts which was set up to review the Ghana Company’s Act and the Bodies Corporate Insolvency Act (both Acts are currently under various stages of review by the Cabinet and Parliament). Mr. Addo holds a BSc (Administration) from the University of Ghana and an MA (Professional Accounting) from Loyola College, Maryland (USA). He has processional memberships in the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana; Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sierra Leone, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA.

Ms. Teye Mukshi

Ms. Teye Mukshi is a Chartered Accountant with over twelve years of experience. She has worked with Diageo since 2008 and has held several senior managerial positions including Diageo Group Financial Planning and Analysis Director, Commercial Finance Manager and Decision Support Manager. She holds an MA Hon. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Mrs. Hina Nagarajan

Mrs. Hina Nagarajan has been the Managing Director of Africa Emerging Markets Diageo Plc since 31st August, 2018 and is leading the business’ operations across Ghana, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Indian Ocean, Angola and several other WACA countries. Her key responsibilities include P&L delivery, investment, category and whitespace entry strategies, M&A as well as partnership opportunities. She is responsible for Corporate Governance and Compliance within all the business units in her region. She’s leads over 1400 people in her current role. Hina holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Commerce Honors Degree from Delhi University and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Pusa Institute, Delhi, India.

Mrs. Ngozi Aghomi

Mrs. Ngozi Aghomi is a Supply Chain Talent who successfully managed Nestlé’s Agbara factory supply Chain for years. Agbara factory is the largest Nestle factory in Africa and the third largest in Nestle, globally. With over 13 years working experience in various Supply Chain and Sales support functions, including as Head of Customer Service, Distribution & logistics, Import & Export, Operational Procurement, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Marketing/Sales support service, Field Sales Projects, 3PL sourcing and management and General Supply Chain Management. She holds an Executive MBA Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria 2014. MSc. Computer Science University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria 2010. BSc. Computer Science University of Benin, Benin-City, Second Class (Hons.) Upper Division 2003.

Mr. Andrew Cowan is an international, broad and driven business leader with a strong record of success. Experienced in FMCG, BWS and OTC Healthcare markets. He has fulfilled Commercial l management, General management and CEO roles in three major blue-chip organizations in UK, Republic of Ireland and East Africa. He holds a Business & Finance HND with distinction. He equally holds an O' level English, Mathematics, History, Geography, Computer Studies, Art and General Studies. He also attended the Denes High School, Yarmouth Road, Lowestoft, and Suffolk.
