Having worked in senior management positions in Scanstyle Mim Ltd and being the Managing Director of PHC Motors from 1995 to date, Paul, a barrister at law, has served on a number of boards and committees. He served as a member of the PZ Cussons Board from 2003 to September 2007 when he was made Chairman of the PZ Cussons Board of Directors.

Mr. Giannopoulos was appointed to the board of PZ Cussons Ghana in February 2016. He joined the PZ Cussons Group in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration specialising in Marketing from Derby University, United Kingdom. He has occupied several managerial positions in the United Kingdom, Australia, Kenya and Indonesia before he joined the Nigerian subsidiary in 2002. He is currently the CEO of PZ Cussons Africa.

Joining in June 2003, Charles, a trained lawyer practised law as a legal advisor in many financial institutions before switching to Human Resource Management. He became HR/Corporate Affairs Director of the company in June 2005.

Head of Finance

Segun Agbekeye, a professional accountant and internal control expert joined PZ Cussons Nigeria as a General Manager, Accounting in 2011 with over 15 years experience. He held similar roles in Unilever Nigeria Plc and Reliance Telecommunications Ltd. He is a graduate of accountancy and a scholar of forensic accounting, internal control, information security and risk management. He is a member of Society for Corporate Governance. He was appointed to the Board in February 2016.

Joining in April 2004, Emmanuel has a lot of experience both with PZ Cussons and other companies, having held a number of positions in Manufacturing and mainstream Supply Chain. He became Head of Supply Chain and Distribution in June 2008.
