Paul Tse Jacquaye

Mr. Paul Tse Jacquaye is performing as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Director of Transaction Solutions Ghana Ltd. He has also been acting as Executive Director of Remittance Processing Ghana Limited since March 1999, and Clydestone Ghana Limited since June 1989. Mr. Jacquaye is the Founder of the Company. He is a Business Executive. He was educated at the North Herts College in Hitchin, Herts, where he obtained a Diploma in Business Studies in 1982, and at West London College, where he obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business and Management Studies in 1983. He has more than 17 years of management experience in the Ghanaian IT Industry, including founding Clydestone in 1989, Remittance Processing Ghana Limited in 1999, and the Company in 2002. He was Adviser to the Interbank Committee on Clearing Automation for Ghana.
