We hereby notify our cherished customers, suppliers, distributors, and the general public that effective 4th December, 2020, our company name changed from Fan Milk Limited to Fan Milk PLC and as such, the Company should be referred to as Fan Milk PLC.

The name change is in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) which requires that all public companies limited by shares must have the words Public Limited Company or the abbreviation PLC as a suffix to their registered name.
