Bayport has announced the resignation of its Managing Director who wishes to take advantage of opportunities elsewhere. The company communicated that “Nii Amankra Tetteh has resigned from his position as the Managing Director of Bayport to pursue other opportunities elsewhere”.

However, in line with good corporate governance and transition practices, “Over the course of 8 weeks, he will be available to assist with transition procedures to ensure a smooth handing over process”.

However, the company is ready looking to appoint his replacement as soon as possible as it has already “initiated the necessary steps which are expected to lead to the appointment of a permanent replacement”.

Bayport has also thanked its former managing Director, Nii Amankra Tetteh, “for his outstanding service and wish him the very best in his endeavors”.
