Mr. Charles William Zwennes is a Barrister-at-Law of England & Wales and a Barrister & Solicitor of the Superior Courts of Ghana. He is currently a partner at Gaise Zwennes Hughes & Co., Private Practitioners. Prior to joining Gaise Zwennes Hughes & Co, he worked at the Chambers of Christian Bevington, Q.C, London and Messrs. Arnold Fooks Chadwick, Solicitors, London. Mr. Zwennes holds an LLB from the University of Kent, UK and an LLM in Corporate & Commercial Law from the University of London, UK. He also holds a Certificate in Structuring, Negotiating and Documenting Oil and Gas Transactions from the Centre for Energy & Mineral Policy Law (CEMPL), University of Dundee, Scotland. Mr. Zwennes is a member of the American Society of International Law (ASIL), Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Commonwealth Law Bulletin, Honourable Society of Gray?s Inn and the Ghana Bar Association.

Mr. Benjamin Dzoboku joined Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC (then HFC Bank (Ghana) Ltd) in January 2007 as the Head, Risk Management from SG-SSB where he started his Banking career as an Internal Auditor. Prior to this, he worked with Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF Ghana) as a Senior Auditor. He has over the years held several positions of responsibility at Republic Bank including, Head, Internal Audit; Financial Controller; Treasurer and General Manager, Retail Banking with his responsibilities for the Retail branch network and the Bank’s International Trade and Treasury operations. He later moved to the position of General Manager, Finance and Strategy before being designated as the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer responsible for Finance & Strategy, International Trade, Treasury, Administration & Premises, Cash Management, Custody Services, Internal Control, Portfolio Management Office, Centralized Support and also the Bank’s subsidiary, Republic Trust Company Limited. Mr. Benjamin Dzoboku has strong academic and professional qualifications underpinning his achievements. These include being a Chartered Accountant (ICA, Ghana) and memberships of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT, Ghana); Institute of Financial Accountants (UK) (fellow) and Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE, USA). He holds Master’s Degrees in Business Administration (MBA) (Financial Management) (St. Clements University, UK) and in Public Administration (MPA) (GIMPA, Ghana). He has also participated in several executive management programmes including the Senior Executive Program in Leadership (Harvard Business School), Corporate Governance & Compliance and High Performance Management Excellence

Mr. Paul King Aryene served as Ghana?s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany with concurrent accreditation to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. He is a diplomat of high repute and has served in various positions at both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its overseas Missions. Mr. Aryene holds a Degree from the University of Ghana, Diploma in Diplomacy from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Investment Analysis from the Research Institute of Investment Analyses, Malaysia.

Mr. Ebenezer Tetteh Tagoe was the Board Chairman of the State Enterprises Audit Corporation, a corporation established to audit state organizations. He is also a Board Member of Adisadel College and Council Member of Accra Ridge Church. He has immense experience in Accounting and Administration and has served at various management positions with the United Nations World Food Programme, Peat Marwick Mitchell (London) and Mobil Oil Ghana Ltd. Mr. Tagoe holds a BSc. Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. He is a Fellow (of) Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Mrs. Beatrix Ama Amoah was appointed as the Company Secretary of HFC Bank in January 2014 and is also responsible for Legal and Corporate Affairs of the Bank. Mrs. Amoah joined HFC Bank in November 2006. She has over the years served the Bank in various capacities including heading the Legal and Mortgage Departments. She has represented the Bank on a number of occasions, and was instrumental in the Ghana Housing Finance Association’s efforts at standardizing credit documents in the finance industry pursuant to Home Mortgage Finance Act 2008 (Act 770) and Borrowers & Lenders Act 2008 (Act 773) under the auspices of the IFC/Bank of Ghana Prior to joining the Bank, she worked with the London Borough of Hackney, UK, where she provided legal advice and representation to the Local Authority on a range of real estate and regeneration programmes. Mrs. Amoah obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana. She completed the Professional Law (BL) at the Ghana School of Law and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1983. She later obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the Aston Business School, UK.

Mr. David Dulal-Whiteway (64 years) retired as Managing Director of the Republic Bank Group in February 2016. He was a Director on several Boards of the Republic Bank Group and is Chairman of the Foundation of the Enhancement and Enrichment of Life (FEEL), a non-profit organization. He is a Non-Executive Director of Ansa McAL Group of Companies and NBC Bank in Tanzania. Mr. Dulal-Whiteway is a seasoned banker with over 25 years’ experience in banking. He holds a BSc in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (UWI) and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Dulal-Whiteway was appointed to the Board in April 2013 as a representative of the Republic Bank Group.

Mr. David Addo-Ashong (63 years) is currently a Director serving on the Boards of Afina Asset Management Limited, Econet Ghana Limited, Aker Energy Limited, AGM Petroleum Ghana Limited and Republic Investments (Ghana) Limited. He is a Senior Partner at Ashong Benjamin & Associates. He previously served as a Partner at Ankamah and Associates and also a Deputy Managing Director at First Atlantic Merchant Bank Limited. Over the years he has held also several key positions at the Office of the Ombudsman, Merchant Bank (Ghana) Limited (now UMB) and Home Finance Company Limited (now Republic Bank Ghana PLC). Mr. Addo-Ashong holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon and BL from the Ghana Law School. He is a Member of Ghana Bar Association, the Ghana Olympic Committee and President of the Ghana Basketball Association. Mr. David Addo–Ashong was appointed to the Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC’s Board on June 2018 as a representative of Republic Financial Holdings Limited.
